Just excellant ! I worked with Micheal Pultorak, along with the assistance of my daughter and son-in-law----since I was a first time car buyer, being on my own. Michael took all of my requests into consideration, as in the beginning, I was debating between a Buick Encore, and a LaCrosse. He gave me all the time I needed, with several test drives, and even a trip down the road to Car Max, to do some price comparing, Mike found a car coming shortly to Patricks, that had very low mileage, and many of the features that I was hoping for and then some ! Mike working too with my "buying helper" son-in-law, who appreciated Mikes good work as well. A nice person like Mike, is a pleasure to be kept in mind for referring he and Patricks to friends and family for a good experiance in car buying. I am enjoying having my Buick Encore, very much ! The stresses of constant frustration at car dealers had left me quite ready to give up on the process. After a few stops at other dealers, we stopped at Patrick just to see what they had. To my pleasant surprise, they had a vehicle that matched exactly what I wanted, and the price was THOUSANDS less than other local dealers. Great first impression of the dealer and their pricing. Secondly, I was approached by one of your reps, which I soon found out was the finest I would ever deal with. Dennis Akselrod introduced himself, a laid back, honest salesman that I've ever worked with, across ALL sales industries. Second great impression of Patrick in a matter of minutes, but by far the most important. I cannot stress how excellent he is, and what a great representation of your business he is! After Dennis and I chatted for a few, we took my vehicle for a test drive, and the rest is history. I purchased the truck, my son approved and said that I can drive it until he's old enough to drive (he's 8). Dennis even picked me up at my residence over the following days, at my convenience, to bring me to the vehicle and bring it on home. I will add, the sales process was upbeat and jovial, everyone was in a great mood. It's nice to see such happy employees in their environment.
