I have been dealing with DAVE SANZA, a service consultant for the past five years or so. I have owned three Jeep Grand Cherokees that I bought thru Patrick Jeep, but now unfortunately the Jeep warranty servi for the past five years or so. I have owned three Jeep Grand Cherokees that I bought thru Patrick Jeep, but now unfortunately the Jeep warranty service has been given to another dealer because of politics. I continue to go to Patricks and have Dave Sanza and the great service team work on my Jeeps. Whenever I bring my Jeep GC in for service, I have always been able to tell Dave Sanza what the problem is and immediately he understands what the problem is and has the issue taken care of to my complete satisfaction. Dave is always friendly and courtesy and is just a great guy to deal with. I want to Thank Patricks for having Dave Sanza as a great member of their great service team. Thank you Dave!! More
Dave and Terry keep my classic 1950 Willys Jeepster running in perfect order. They are always willing to go the extra mile! Great service as usual. Been a customer since 1993. Jeff/Jerry have been my service guys for most of those years. Had 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in for wash/wax on 11/8/10. Picked up by shuttle and returned to Patricks Jeep looks like new. Same thing today with 1999 Nissan Maxima/2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mini detail for Maxima & Wash/Wax for Jeep. Dropped off Maxima and took shuttle home. Jeff asked me if I could be back by 1245 with Jeep. I arrived at 1230 and Maxima looked great. Drove Maxima home and left Jeep. In the morning, Mike asked me if he could pick me up at 415. Was 5 min. early (awesome!!) and arrived at Patricks in a safe timely manner. Jeep was done and it looked great!!! Was home by 515, cooked some steaks on the grill, and had dinner. 3 vehicles detailed on 2 different days. This is what I call teamwork. This is a satisfied customer.Great job by all involved. As soon as I walked in I saw all the sales people but no one rushed at me, I took my time and walsked around and spoke to Mark who I had met many years ago when they were at original location and he remembe one rushed at me, I took my time and walsked around and spoke to Mark who I had met many years ago when they were at original location and he remembered me, WOW that made me feel important. Mark dealt with me as if we have been freinds for years. He then walked to a the F&I dept were Dave rememered me as well. AMAZING. As we walked the lot and saw that all the prices were marked on the rearveiw mirror, I did not need to ask many questions, all the info of the cars were on the side windows. I checked many of the prices to other dealers with same or close to the same car and found that the prices were outstanding and affordable. I will be dealing with Patrick Buick GMC. Overall felt no presure and did not get any what if's. I took a look at th rest of there shop andcollision dept, very impressed, how clean and orginized it appeared. More
I leased a 07 Jeep Liberty from them and had a great experience with the whole process. I wanted to get another Jeep, but they no longer sold them, so I had to go to another dealer, but I still take my experience with the whole process. Their mechanics are all still certified to work on Jeeps, and they are always professional and friendly. Would recommend them for any part of the auto experience! More
