Having bought several new Jeeps from Patrick, their service staff has done excellent repairs and service on all of them. My first experience there followed the recommendation of a friend. When the local dealership (10 miles from home) could not fix a relatively simple problem, Patrick's people took care of it in 30 minutes. Other repairs during the past ten years were handled promptly and professionally by (Service Manager) Jerry Kehoe and his staff. When buying the past six new Jeeps at Patrick, the sales staff (Larry A. and Shannon F.) were truly professional. Following the government takeover of Chrysler, Patrick is no longer selling new Jeeps, nor are they able to perform warranty repairs on Chrysler products. That will be Chrysler's loss, to be certain, but they will have to learn that for themselves. My only dilemma now is where to go at trade-in time as I like Jeeps. More

I've also purchased two vehicles from Patrick, a used Pontiac and more recently a new GMC truck, and Tony in Sales was helpful in closing both deals, he listened to my concerns and gave me a fair price on my trade-ins. So, whether buying a vehicle or having one serviced, I've always found them to be honest and fair - THANK YOU! More

I have to honestly say that I was extremely impressed with Patrick's and their staff. I was looking at having to put more money into my 2003 Mercury Sable and decided to look for something else. I arrived at Patrick's and talked to Dave on getting into a newer car. We talked and I could only afford a certain payment. We decided that leasing was the way to go. I looked at the Buick Regal, loved it, and he was able to meet what I was willing to pay. So now I am driving around in a new car which I thought I would never be able to do again. The showroom was amazing, the service area was immaculate, it has a cafe as a waiting room with television, something that as a customer I would feel very comfortable waiting for any service on my car. The staff whether I was dealing with them or not were very friendly. I have owned both new cars and used cars for over 43 years. Dave Garlock and the staff at Patrick's made my car experience a stress free and pleasant experience. I now drive around in a 2011 Buick Regal. Everyone who sees my car are impressed and I have recommended Patrick's as the dealer of choice. More

I needed service on my vehicle - which I did not purchase from Patrick - and they quoted me a fair price. They did a great job and the car was ready the same day.
