Service sucks. I was stuck in Biloxi for the 2nd repair, for the same problem, and only received a portion of the cost for my stay in a RV park. Then I had to go to a dealership in Cotton Wood, Az to fix a for the same problem, and only received a portion of the cost for my stay in a RV park. Then I had to go to a dealership in Cotton Wood, Az to fix a leak on the repair that was done at Ray Brandt. Not Happy with Ray Brant's service or the commitment to repay my expense for their failure to repair my truck the first time!! More

This will be the second time my Suburban sat for a month at this dealership. First time was for a rattle....I had to call GM warranty to see what the problem was. They said the service dept. entered the wro at this dealership. First time was for a rattle....I had to call GM warranty to see what the problem was. They said the service dept. entered the wrong warranty company??? Then next day called and said it was not under warranty because its behind the catalytic converter?,,,This time brought on May 18 sat untill June 22 before I started to get mad. Said they needed an adjuster to look at it???Just got it back on the 25th June. Would not recommend this dealership to work on anything unless you want to leave your vehicle for a month. Also, called the GM and emailed with no reply.. More

The employees at Ray Brandt Chevrolet in Biloxi Mississippi are down-to-earth and awesome people. I came in for my scheduled appointment at 9 a.m. and I was told that the recall issue that I needed Mississippi are down-to-earth and awesome people. I came in for my scheduled appointment at 9 a.m. and I was told that the recall issue that I needed to get fixed was going to take about an hour. I'd say about 35 minutes later my car was done. Very fast service very friendly people and awesome customer service. One of the employees even gave me a free Chevrolet keychain which was a very cool and nice thing to do. So now I have a new Ray Brandt Chevrolet keychain to go with my 2018 Chevrolet Malibu LT key fob. Just great all-around service. More
