Waited over 2 hours with an appointment ( appointment time was 2pm and it was 4:13 before they put it on the machine) just for the service center to put it on the diagnostic machine. Was told, eventually, that a part had to be ordered and that it would be in and finished on Wednesday ( dropped it off Monday), called on Wednesday afternoon bc no one had given me an update and vehicle wasn’t ready. Was told someone would call me back that day... it was Thursday afternoon when I called again (no one ever did call me about the car) and was finally told the vehicle was finished. I had to ask about warranty as that information wasn’t given without asking More

Just bought a new car! I drove over 2 hours to get to Ray Brandt to buy a Tahoe, in the aftermath of Tropical Storm Cristobal.
