Had warranty work that needed to be done, was told to take it where I bought it. Not very professional. Work causing a hassle so instead of doing there are Ray Brandt I was told to take it where I bought take it where I bought it. Not very professional. Warranty work is warranty work. I should be able to take it to any Chevy dealership. This will not affect my relationship with RB Chevrolet. I still think you have the best service department on the coast and the same goes for your service department team. More

No words to say how disappointed with the service dept.oil leak after oil change and had to get car towed. Excellent service cooperation on Sat, Oct 24th from Crissy Waller. I had blown out 2 left tires on my Silverado, front and back on Fri nite turning too early across median on Beach Blvd. GM roadside to Crissy Waller. I had blown out 2 left tires on my Silverado, front and back on Fri nite turning too early across median on Beach Blvd. GM roadside towed it to Ray Brandt Sat.a.m. I was worried about getting back to Greenwood. She found tires in stock. And had the tech check out the damage to wheels. And mount the tires.. One wouldn't hold air, but I bought the tire anyway and they put the spare down, checked balance, alignment and got me on my way. Now waiting on Greenwood dealer to get me new wheel. Can't say enough good things about my service experience @Ray Brandt. More
