I love the service dept at Ray Brant. I came in for an oil change and they filled all the fluids, rotated the tires, performed all recall notices and did 25 point inspection. My 1995 C-1500 Silverado would not make a sound when I turned the ignition. Triple AAA was called, but it was not a battery problem. Abco Towing towed my truck to Ray Brandt Chevrolet. Tammy Ray, the customer service representative was polite and professional. I was offered free coffee (different brands and Cocoa), as well as purified bottled water. The waiting area was clean. The seating was comfortable. The restroom was clean and spacious. They were very busy, but about an hour after I arrived, I was told I needed a starter. They ordered the starter, and a couple of hours later, I was paying my competitive priced service bill and driving away. Over the years I have had many service repairs with different vehicles, so I know competitive pricing. And Ray Brandt Chevrolet had it. Plus, I had Google the possible price. Ray Brandt Chevrolet also have one of the best waiting rooms I have been in for auto repair. They have a table and chairs for children. They have a large flat screen, color TV, and they have interesting products you can purchase (caps, masks, sweatshirts, plates for vehicle and etc.). I would definitely use the again. More
