TERRIBLE bought brand new 2018 Honda Accord with extended warranty just paid it off only for my dash lights to go crazy the very next day took to Honda to get diagnostics with resulting in a blown head gaske warranty just paid it off only for my dash lights to go crazy the very next day took to Honda to get diagnostics with resulting in a blown head gasket at 90,000 miles. Stating that we were not loyal customers by having our oil changed through Honda making all excuses as to why I will have to pay out of pocket for my vehicle to be fixed when all maintenance was performed. They are currently in a lawsuit for this model blowing head gaskets why not make a recall instead of making a bad name for Honda so I will not be a loyal customer and buy another Honda until this one is made right no car that’s been kept up should blow a head gasket less that’s 100,000 miles on it. More
I have selected the exact model and features through email/text dialogues with salesperson. Bought my 2013 Crv there and had my van serviced as well. Got my oil change and front and rear diff serviced. Noticed the next day they put 5 quarts of oil in instead of the 4.3. Went by the dealer next day Got my oil change and front and rear diff serviced. Noticed the next day they put 5 quarts of oil in instead of the 4.3. Went by the dealer next day and they confirmed when they checked it. Told me it wasn’t a problem but started having an oil leak 2 weeks later, It was the oil pan gasket and quoted me $670. No aplologies but admitted it was there mistake and refused to fix the problem and make it right. Not my first issue here but will be my last. Told me my new 3 month old battery the year before was bad and tried to replace it at $235. Stay away from this place and spend your money elsewhere. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and was told no. More

However, when the general manager, Bobby Martin, got involved it became very unprofessional, disrespectful, and demeaning. It is sad to have someone in this profession and position to be so unkind ! I can only imagine how Honda corporate would think of this employee. My apologies to them for having such a poor general manager at this dealership. I am a Honda enthusiast. After I left Bisbee Honda of Danville —-and learning that the GMs attitude preceded him……I went to another dealership and found the car of my dreams,…2023 Honda Passport. Shop around!! There are exceptional Honda dealerships out there where you will not have to deal with this type of rude behavior! More
