HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT. There is ZERO communication in their service department. Twice I scheduled a week in advance to have recall repair performed. I was very specific when making the appointments, you their service department. Twice I scheduled a week in advance to have recall repair performed. I was very specific when making the appointments, you would think they would know if they had the needed part beforehand and communicate to reschedule if not. Twice I had my husband follow me up there (40 miles one way) so I could leave it to be repaired and pick up the same day. Twice they call me several hours later to tell me they don’t have the part needed. The 2nd time I was told they ordered the part and it would be there by Tuesday. I left the car and was told it should be ready Wednesday. They said they would let me know if it didn’t come in. Wednesday afternoon I call to see if it ready and was told the part just came in today and it would be ready Thursday. Thursday Morning I call to speak to service managers only to be told the part didn’t come in but they would send a driver to Greensboro dealer to pick up the part and it would be ready by end of day. Finally it was done but inside of the car smelled strongly of gasoline. I have driven a total of 240 unnecessary miles to get a recall repair done and all they have to say is sorry. I will never buy a car from them again and of course never have any service performed here again. I will spend more if needed to avoid dealing with this dealer in the future. They are a complete cluster with no regard for customer satisfaction. More
