Awesome experience. Trade in value and new car price as stated three days before delivery. Pilot ready and waiting for my wife to drive. She was ecstatic. Paperwork was fast and painless. Great Purchasing Experience I was working with other dealers on possibly purchasing a brand new 2019 Honda Accord LX and a dealership up north gave me a price that other near me I was working with other dealers on possibly purchasing a brand new 2019 Honda Accord LX and a dealership up north gave me a price that other near me could not beat. But when I spoke with Tyler Scott from Steve Padgett's Danville Honda, he mentioned that they may have been layering incentives that I may not qualify for, therefore increasing the price of the vehicle when I arrive. After he explained that, I reached out to that dealer and they admitted to layering on the incentives and became rude when I questioned them about it via text message. Due to Tyler's honesty on helping me avoid a pitfall with the other dealership, which is an 1.5 hour drive from me. I located a new/used 2018 demo car at Steve Padgett's Danville Honda and negotiated a price that was well worth the 3-hour drive in the rain to Danville, VA. Upon my arrival, Tyler had the vehicle cleaned and ready for me to view. The completion of my entire purchase to no longer than 2-hours, which included a test drive, a thorough look at the vehicle, paperwork, and a walk-through of some of the features. Tyler made sure not to waste any of my time, which showed me that he valued my business. Great Job, Tyler! More

Painless Auto Buying Experience We have purchased two cars from Chase Tate @ Danville Honda and both times it has been painless. Chase was very easy to communicate with through email We have purchased two cars from Chase Tate @ Danville Honda and both times it has been painless. Chase was very easy to communicate with through email, text, telephone, and in person. This dealership is just over an hours drive one way for us, but each time they gave us the best deal and we pretty much had all the details worked out before even stepping foot into the dealership. There was a little bit of back and forth negotiation as can be expected when buying a car, but nothing like I remember with some of my past experiences. Probably the best thing about working with Chase was that he was straight with us the whole time and never made promises that he knew he wouldn't be able to keep once we sat down to finalize the deal. Stop in and see Chase, just be realistic about your expectations and I'm sure that he'll make it a painless experience. More

I also gave him a description of the car I really wanted, down to the correct color. Instead of him looking through inventory to see if there was something similar he was really trying to make the sale on the 2018 touring. I know it was around closing time , but I also asked him before I came would he like me to come another day. I felt like this sell was rushed and unprofessional. When Shae told me if you do right by Honda, Honda will do right by you. That same statement applys to your customers as well!! If you do right by your customers, your customers will do right by you.
