You could not ask for a better car dealership to work with than Bill Kolb Jr. Suburu. There are no lies. Everything is straight up. He was so nice that I felt bad that I didn't like the Suburu Crosstrek I came to look at. It was too small for my needs. I asked about the Outbacks they had. He knew that they were over what I budgeted... but I asked for a test drive and fell in love with the car. There was no sleazy negotiation. No hidden fees. That car what it was listed as and only one other dealer I talked in my search had a documents fee as reasonable as Kolb's. Hang up if someone will not quote you their documents fee over the phone. Go to Kolb. You will find honesty, respect, and I really easy experience. I would give them 6 stars if I could! More
