I thank you for your willingness to recommend us in spite of what happened. I apologize we misplaced the original check but am happy we resolved the manner to your satisfaction. We are the #2 Subaru dealer in the country as far as our relationship with Chase goes in terms of financing. As a dealership, we do not control the finance rate that we are given by the finance company. Much of that is determined by credit rating, the vehicle, down payment etc. I can assure you though, that due to our relationship with Chase we can provide you the lowest rate possible. Thank you for taking the time to share your comments regarding your experience. Please let me clarify. We purchase our pre-owned Subaru's direct from the Subaru Private Auctions. Most of these vehicles are Company cars driven by Subaru executives and employees. Unfortunately, the auction vehicles do not come with a 2nd key. We have requested that Subaru provide us with a 2nd key when we purchase these vehicles, but they do not. (I have a letter to Subaru dealers direct from Subaru explaining the situation regarding the 2nd key which I will gladly email or fax to you). Therefore, we make the optional key available to our customers at our cost. I certainly do not want to lose your business over the cost of a 2nd key. I do believe we provide the best possible prices on our vehicles in a pleasant and friendly environment to do business. Please provide me your contact information.
