I have been dealing with the Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru team since 2008 when I purchased my first 2009 Outback (thanks Bob Moore & Paul Spiegel). From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated lik since 2008 when I purchased my first 2009 Outback (thanks Bob Moore & Paul Spiegel). From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated like family. No hassle and no B/S. Extremely courteous and professional sales team members that genuinely listen to what you are looking for in a new/used vehicle and recommending the perfect fit for you! My Outback was a great car and had it regularly serviced at BK. After five and a half years I was ready to trade up to another new Subaru. Two weeks ago, I test drove the XV Crosstrek and within a couple of hours I was driving home in it and was even more ecstatic than in 2008 (thanks to Ross Kelter & Paul Spiegel). The entire experience at Bill Kolb is so different than other car dealerships, and I tried a few others. Top notch customer service from all team members from sales to service. I give Bill Kolb, Jr. Subaru my highest recommendation and I appreciate being treated like a valued client every time I visit. More
I am absolutely in love with my car! I leased a 2013 Subaru Impreza in March and Howard Bonfield was my salesman. He was super friendly, professional, and helpful! I traded in my 2007 Ford Fusion and he and the team at Subaru made the exchange an absolutely smooth process! The day I picked up my Impreza, Howard took a good deal of time to carefully explain all of my new car's features and even set up the blue tooth for me! I drove away confident and comfortable in my new vehicle. When I returned to have leather seats installed, I mentioned to Howard that I thought my right speaker was throwing out some sort of static sound. I picked up my car a few days later to find it with beautiful leather seats and a brand new speaker! I was amazed at his attentiveness and attention to detail. So far, this car has lived up to all my expectations (especially the gas mileage!). I had such a good experience with this dealership and would recommend them to anyone! More

Howard Bonfield, the sales person we worked with, was both very professional and knowledgable. He listened to our questions and answered them sensibly and reasonably, without the usual salesperson puffi both very professional and knowledgable. He expedited our purchase and we were able to receive delivery of the new Forester the day after we first entered the dealership. The dealership has a customer friendly policy of no haggle pricing which is based on salaried salespeople and a 2 percent markup over the dealer's cost for the vehicle. We met Bill Kolb himslef in the parking lot and he confirmed our impression of a well-run dealership with a sincere policy of promoting customer satisfaction. More
I'm not that easy of a customer to deal with because I've had many bad experiences with car dealers. This dealer didn't play games. The price was good as far as my research was concerned. I didn't want a lot of bells and whistles but I did want leather seats. Sam Texler found a base model that was on the way and had leather seats added for me. I went to Bill Kolb as the advice of my parents to look at a Subaru Forester. I was looking for price and value. As I walked in I was greeted by Jeff Weiner. He had such a friendly demeanor and I knew he would help me find the car I was looking for. We went around the dealership looking at cars. I originally wanted a 2014 Subaru Forester as I had seen at the car show, however we came across a 2012 Dark Grey Premium that had all I was looking for Leather, Heated Seats and moonroof I was in love. I met with Marty who was a numbers guy he was able to get me approved and into my car. I was very excited about my purchase however I have bought many cars and I was a little disappointed that I did not get a full tank of gas. Also they have this VIP program but it is only for new car purchases, however I still bought a new car and the coupon book was with my original paperwork. I also referred my parents who bought a new car sure I got the 50.00 but they still could of through in a the coupon book. I mean really it would of brought me back for more business. I have referred others however I have been told the customer service was not pleasant so they went elsewhere. Except for the full tank of gas and the coupon book my experience was pretty good. Jeff spent time with me on my car as well he went over each and every componenet of the car very helpful. I would buy from only him. I think that everyone should be a VIP as we all bought from Bill Kolb and I believe that it would definately help to feel good about any purchase you make. It made me feel like my purchase was not important as they definately made money off my purchase. More
My wife and I stopped at Bill Kolb Subaru this past Saturday and although we spoke about purchasing a car we didn't think we would actually drive home the same day with our 2012 Outback. As we pulled into the parking lot I immediately noticed the number of sales people working with prespective buyers, everyone looked busy....good sign. Although I asked for salesperson Jeff Weiner who I've known for some time I would still need to be sold on purchasing a Subaru because we were also going to look at other manufactuers. It was not long, maybe a few minutes before I turned to my wife and said we were buying a Subaru today from Jeff, no need to look any further and she was in complete agreement. Jeff was very accomadating in letting us test drive a couple of different vehicles, bringing us to different lots to look at the inventory all while we asked Jeff many questions about the dealership, service and of course the car. To us the whole package of customer service, service department and the dealership was just as important as purchasing a car. Jeff was very professional, totally customer service oriented, answered all questions, went through the car with us from bumper to bumper explaining all controls and gadgets. I wouldn't expect anyhting less from Jeff in the customer service he provides, Bill Kolb you are truly lucky to have Jeff on your team. Being a younger customer, a salespersons at another dealership quickly wrote me off. He seemed uninterested when I was sitting down and discussing buying a car and never called me back. Howard, on the other hand, treated me like any other customer and was quick to help me find the used car that matched my criteria. He was extremely knowledgeable and easily answered my barrage of questions. After a test drive, I was sold and walked away with a 2012 Legacy three days later. I have driven the car about 1000 miles now and couldn't be happier. The car is roomy, handles well, gets great MPGs and has AWD. I don't think you can get a better car for the price. More

At Kolb, we were able to test drive every model I was interested in, and also had a choice of pretty much any color. The staff at Kolb were very pleasant, particularly Jeff Weiner. He was accessible - returned phone calls quickly and was knowledgeable regarding his product. The only part of the service I was not as pleased with and felt somewhat pressured, was in the finance/marketing. I feel that it was a big push for add on services, that I might not normally have purchased. More
