I am a return customer second time around. Traded in 2013 Legacy I purchased from them and got a fair trade in. The dealers around me in queens tried the bait and switch with me when I initially shopped around in 2013. There is a dealer not even a mile away from me but the sales people were so shifty, and dishonest. Bill Kolb Subaru has a reputable name great customer service. When you approach the dealer it looks like a high end car dealer don't let appearances fool you . It is an all around family owned and run business with tenured sales people that don't try to hustle you. Howard thank you so much for your patience and professionalism. Second Time Around I purchased my own 2013 Subaru Legacy about two months ago. I was so pleased and impressed with Howard Bonfield and the whole team at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru that I decided to return to purchase a used vehicle for my son. I went in to see my buddy Howard again because his knowledge of the Subaru product, professionalism and just his way of making you feel at ease about the whole process is the main reason why I returned so quickly. Howard told us the first time we were there that they all work as a team, this was definitely the case this time around. The dealership was extremely busy on this day so It was Stuart Lesser who took the test drive with my son. Stuart was wonderful as well. When we got back, Howard saw us through the purchase of the '09 Subaru Legacy for my son who is very pleased.
