My first Subaru I was very attached to my Volvo, it got me around for around 10 years without any major accidents. I always believed in it's safety record. However, with the unbelievable snow conditions this past winter, I no longer felt comfortable driving around my children in it. The Volvo slipped and slided and often was unable to crawl up even the most minor hills in the cold. I first saw my Subaru on the cover of Consumer Reports, and was impressed with it's ratings-not least of which was car of the year. Howard greeted us at the door at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru, and was very friendly and personable without being overbearing. He explained the how during slippery conditions, that power is actively distributed to the wheels with the best traction. That sold me. Howard was very nice to work with and made the shopping experience informative, thorough, as well as pleasurable! More

As others have said so well, the atmosphere and staff are all terrific Gary was my sales rep...he was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and made the entire process seem-less. He put me in my 2015Legacy and I drove home in it that same day. Gary took care of insurance and returning my car back to its dealership. What fantastic service and what a great car! More

We were not sure which model we wanted, Howard directed us to the cars that were being shown and to come back after we had a chance to get an idea what we wanted. He did not "follow" us around so we could talk. The whole process resulted in a very straight forward transaction. While we were in the dealership I noticed a young clueless couple and an older couple walk in and the sales people were extremely patient and spent a lot of time working with them. This sold me on buying at Bill Kolb Jr. and did not feel the need to shop around. As a side note a young friend had been shopping for a used Subaru and had purchased a car 3 weeks earlier from Bill Kolb as they were able to meet his budget. We both traveled down from Orange County. Everything was handled promptly ie Trade In, Financing, DMV, right down to putting the plates on the car. More
Honest and Straightforward This was our first Subaru experience. Howard, our sales rep, made the process simple and clear. He handled all of the DMV and insurance paperwork so we were able to drive our car home the day after we purchased it. There was no haggling and no pressure. It was the best car purchasing experience we ever had and I'm happy to be a part of the Subaru and Kolb family. More

First car buying experience great success! I purchased my first new car ever from Howard and had a great experience. I was hesitant to embark on this process at first because of all the stereot I purchased my first new car ever from Howard and had a great experience. I was hesitant to embark on this process at first because of all the stereotypes about car buying and car salespeople that you hear. But Howard was the complete opposite of all that and put us at ease immediately. No tricks or gimmicks were used, just straight forward, honest conversations. Howard helped us find a great Subaru Impreza with all the features we cared about and even some we didn't think we wanted, but are extremely happy with (like the heated leather seats and bluetooth) ! He and Marty walked us through the financing process in a way that was upfront and honest. They answered all our questions and hypothetical scenarios and never pushed us out of our budget that we stated upfront. Also would like to recognize MaryAnn Kolb who took time to greet us as we were picking up the car. She was extremely friendly and thanked us personally for choosing their dealership. She also had some amazing advice for us about an upcoming visit to Colorado which was great. It showed that this dealership really cares about its customers first as people rather than just dollar signs. Overall, everyone we interacted with made car buying an easy, hassle-free experience that left us with an affordable monthly payment and a fantastic, super safe car! More

"No haggle" pricing means that they probably charge a bit more for a car than you might be able to negotiate elsewhere. (And, they certainly will haggle over the value of a trade-in, meaning the trade-in buyer should be prepared to negotiate a low-ball trade offer! Older model trade-in offers are driven largely, if not entirely, by Galves auction values.) Other than price, this was a 5-star process, even for someone like me who is not a NY resident. Howard took care of every detail, including coordinating with my insurer to get my insurance updated, and Marty couldn't have been easier to work with on the finance side. I was very happy with their service and attention to detail. More
Very Easy Process I went in to BK Subaru in 2008 to lease a Subaru Outback, when the lease ran out I converted the lease to purchase. After going to several other Subaru dealers I went to BK to look at their lot. Upon looking through the lot Howard approached me to see if I needed any help. I settled on a 2011 Impreza 5-door to take a test drive. Howard was very accommodating and made the process very easy from start to finish. More

I just wanted to deal with someone who would make me feel comfortable and Howard was the man! I did my research thru this website and he immediately caught my eye. I gave him a call and left him a msg and he called me back within mins. On the way to the dealer, there was enormous traffic and he said not to worry which was very professional of him. Howard made me feel comfortable and relaxed as we did the test drive and all the other goodies for buying a preowned vehicle. The price was a little bit high for me but in the end, I decided to purchase my legacy. Marty the financial manager was also very helpful in getting me good enough rates for me to purchase the car. Remember to do your research and all should be good with Howard! More
