Sales and Parts don't Communicate I wrote already, but would like to update: I purchased my car August 1st. I am from out-of-state. A week later, I realized my 2013 used Subaru Forrest I wrote already, but would like to update: I purchased my car August 1st. I am from out-of-state. A week later, I realized my 2013 used Subaru Forrester (Premium) was missing a screw-in antenna, and my reception didn't reach as far. I called the guy I bought the car from, and he said to stop by. I said no, I didn't want to drive all the way for an antenna. He should send it to me. A week later he said, oh, I'll send it to you. It took a FULL week to mail, and it was the wrong antenna. I told him, and he said he'd order a new one for my 2013 Forrester, and it arrived almost 2 weeks later. It was the WRONG ONE. It was the SAME as the previous one sent. I emailed him reminding him he had my VIN, and giving it again. I had described before how it was wrong, this time I emailed him pictures of how the connection was wrong. He emailed back that I could come in and they cold look at the car. I called manager and left message. It's been 2 weeks, they never returned my call. I went to my local dealer and with JUST my VIN, not looking at the car, they pulled the right antenna from the back in minutes. More

Easiest car purchase ever! Over the weekend we definitely knew my car was not worth fixing and so we started looking online. Although I have had 3 Sentra's in the last 31 years we we looking at different types this time. My husband looked on Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru site to see what they had. Of course they happened to have one Sentra for sale. So on Monday we went to see it. Our sales consultant, Stuart Lesser was friendly, funny, and very helpful. We decided to buy it and had the financing and most of the paperwork taken care of before we left. On Wednesday, we picked up the car and we are very happy with our purchase. This was the most stress free car shopping and purchase ever. Thank you for the great service. We also decided that our next car will be a subaru from this dealership. Highly recommend this dealership. Just a little note, Stu says he taught Jeff everything he knows, I don't know if Jeff would agree with that but they were both great. More

We drove so many cars that when we finally sealed the deal another salesperson asked us if there wasn't one more color that we might drive! After seven years of service at Bill Kolb, and over 120,000 miles, we decided it was time to trade in the Outback. I brought my sister and brother-in-law along. With the help of Sam and Jeff, we bought not one but two identical cars! This time, I bought a Legacy. Love the redecoration job in the showroom. Great experience as always. By the way, we went home and compared the Legacy to four other brands before making the final purchase and feel like it was a great choice. More
