Makes Buying a Car Less of a Headache I went in after doing online research for a pre-owned Legacy. Once I got home, I spent a little bit more time looking over the car and noticed some things that didn't make me a 100% satisfied. I took the car back to the dealership the same day and told them I wanted to take advantage their 30 day satisfaction guarantee... Within moments, Stuart showed me what he had in stock as far as new cars and we used my payment towards the purchase of a new Legacy and once I came back two days later with the balance (difference between the price of the used Legacy and the new Legacy) , I was driving home in my new car. Truly, Stuart and Marty made the experience a lot easier than it could have been. And the owner, Bill Kolb, was there everyday that I came to look at vehicles and drive off with them, and he always stopped by to make sure I was being taken care of and shook my hand each time. Exceptional Service This was my first time leasing/buying a brand new vehicle. I had only purchased used in the past and I drove about 3 hours to make this transaction. Honestly, I was a little concerned it would have been a waste of a day on my daughters birthday, but it really was one of the best decisions. She was super excited to be driving home in a new car with a moon roof! :-) Howard was there waiting with a warm welcome, he was very friendly and personable, not at all like a stereotypical sales man. He made me feel very comfortable and the transaction processed very smoothly. He went over everything with me in detail, financing, servicing, roadside assistance etc... He was very patient and good with my daughter as well who did get a little impatient lol. Once all the paperwork was completed he did a complete run down on the vehicle as well, getting my phone and radio all connected. (very important lol) Howard was completely thorough in every aspect of this purchase including a follow up call to ensure that I was completely satisfied. We were with Marty for a short time but again, was a pleasure to talk to and work with, making sure we had all the coverages that were needed. Unlike previous ventures into the car market that required a day-long investment, our sales consultant, Neil Turnbull, accompanied us through an informative, hands-on search for the car that we were looking for. Niel was well-prepared, listening closely for our interests and desires. He made use of digital resources and test-driving experiences (we drove two vehicles) to provide us with all we needed to know. Neil was patient, friendly - a great navigator. We spent less than two hours with him and we not only decided on a car, he laid out and we completed all of the preliminary paperwork. We left the showroom with the complete package. True to their word, car sales at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru involves no hassle and no pressure. We picked up our car tonight. We arrived a little after 5 and were on the road a little after six. Once again, Niel had all documentation (from insurance to plates to forms) ready to go. He walked us through all of the features of our Crosstrek and helped Sue sync her IPhone with the car's Bluetooth. We will be back when it is time to retire our second car.
