The Delivery process included a 152 point inspection of the used car I bought and they replaced front and rear brake pads, all filters and an oil change,performed an engine tuneup and transmission service and detailed the car without my asking for all of this. I have bought many other used cars but was never treated this way-I also feel that I paid a very fair price for the Vehicle(which was non-negotiable) and the whole process took half the time that it took with other dealers, thanks to Sonny(my Salesman).
