There wasn't even any pressure to buy extended warranties, just an explanation! I have purchased many used cars for our five children and this was the BEST! Highly recommend! More

I worked with Sam on leasing my Subaru Impreza, I was upfront and honest with him about cost and what I could or could not afford. Sam walked me through everything, what options were available. I felt like I had a very well informed partner who was on my side to make what I wanted work for me. Paul did the financial side, explained my credit score, what optional options I had and what they recommended. He was equally informative, friendly and laid back. Sam was off on night of my delivery but Jeff managed that with me and he was equally wonderful. Great Experience! This was my first time at Bill Kolb Jr.'s Subaru dealership which I was referred to by my friend. Stuart was EXCELLENT and very INFORMATIVE about the This was my first time at Bill Kolb Jr.'s Subaru dealership which I was referred to by my friend. Stuart was EXCELLENT and very INFORMATIVE about the Forester Touring which I purchased. He made the process easy and my car came in ahead of time which was a nice surprise. I certainly would buy another car from Stuart again. Jeff was also helpful in showing me all the details of my car. Nice People! Beware of the Finance man Marty! My initial meeting with him was short and he handed me a flyer about an extended warranty. I said I was not interested but he gave the flyer to me anyway. Fast forward while buying my car, signing papers, I realized the warranty was already entered on my bill. $1495 was already added to the cost of my car and thank goodness I questioned it. Marty's reply was when he was called out to discuss this, his response was that it is easier to put it in ahead of time, then add it on later. That was wrong and I am sure some people may not find out that they are paying for an extra warranty later on down the road that they did not want! That is so wrong! Just Be Aware!! More

Best customer service HANDS DOWN! This is my second purchase here at Bill Kolb Jr Subaru. I previous had a 2011 Subaru STI that I purchased with Holman and this time I wanted to trade This is my second purchase here at Bill Kolb Jr Subaru. I previous had a 2011 Subaru STI that I purchased with Holman and this time I wanted to trade in that vehicle to get a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. Holman listened diligently on my requests, such as how much value for my trade in, what monthly payments I want and so much more. After getting a deal that I couldn't refuse Holman sat me down with the finance manager Paul Spiegel. He worked some amazing magic and lowered my payments even more! I couldn't be anymore happier! In addition to that Holman and Mo (Mauricio) went above and beyond by letting me know when my performance exhaust will be removed from my previous car so I can pick it up! These guys are amazing! Highly, highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from these professional individuals! They will listen and will fulfill all of your requests! Definitely will not be my last purchase from them! More
