Drove from Bronx N.Y. to Bill Kolb to test drive a limited 2010 3.6 and made the purchase. Very Happy with my choice of vehicle and dealership. One-Stop Shopping I never needed to own a car until recently, so I went to check out the lot at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru with some dread, expecting an unscrupulous sales re I never needed to own a car until recently, so I went to check out the lot at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru with some dread, expecting an unscrupulous sales rep to exploit my inexperience and confusion and pressure me into buying something needlessly expensive. I'm happy to report that there were no such hijinks here; they addressed my questions and concerns patiently (perhaps even indulgently) and let me pull the trigger in my own time. Further, their financing was competitive with my credit union's offer, so I was able to test-drive and buy a totally sweet (but needs-appropriate) Impreza, register it, coordinate insurance coverage and drive home with real license plates in just a couple hours. Through it all, Howard Bonfield was professional, capable and crisply efficient. I read a lot and put in a great deal of legwork with my credit union, insurance, etc before I committed to buying a car, but all the hand-wringing was completely unnecessary - indeed, all my preparations only slowed me down, in the end. You and your sales rep can accomplish everything needed to drive away in The Right Car with minimal fuss and for a competitive price at Bill Kolb Jr. They have a massive selection of cars accommodating any budget and need. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to direct a prospective Subaru owner to this dealership. More
