He showed me a 2013 Impreza, explained its features a Howard was recommended to me by a friend. My old car died and so I made an appointment with him. He showed me a 2013 Impreza, explained its features and history and I was sold. Howard is very knowledgeable and patient, explaining everything until I - finally - understood. When I noticed that the car's rear bumper was scratched, he and the dealership agreed to repair it and it now looks great. After a few days, I noticed the fog light cover was missing. Howard told me to bring the car in and then, to my surprise, paid for and installed the part himself! Howard made my car-buying experience painless and anxiety-free. I highly recommend that you ask for Howard if you're in the market for a Subaru! Oh, and he's also very funny! More

We scheduled to pick up the car on Monday at 3 PM when we arrived Howard was waiting at his desk with our keys to our new car, paperwork was very easy being that Howard had already organized everything he was very professional and courteous he then explained the car manual to us put our plates on and paired my wife's phone to the car explained all gadgets to her I really appreciated that very much.
