I recently had my oil changed and when service was completed, I receivied a vid -the dealer I leased the car - is 5-star customer service experience. I recently had my oil changed and when service was completed, I receivied a video message explaining the work completed and reviewing any suggested services with the visual explanation/evidence of the reason. I simply had to review, select the service (which included an estimate) to be completed and the dealer called me when my car was done. I love a smooth, efficient process for a busy individual. More
