So..the first tier of my experience was the service center. I brought in my 2005 impreza (Kimmy) for her “health” status. I was told that she was no longer longer fit for the road. The staff was so compassionate, they knew how much Kimmy meant to me and invited me to look over their findings. After 139K miles and a lack of a garage, it was clear that our girl had given her all (and then some). When it was clear that Kimmy needed a “rest”, in came the sales crew.
