Service department is amazing I went in because i thought my car was druving weird. Kathy is service took my car gave me a loaner and had the techs test everything. Great service and Very Personable I am extremely pleased with my whole experience at Bill Kay, from the sales people Bert and Joe, to the finance man. Everyone was very polite, profes I am extremely pleased with my whole experience at Bill Kay, from the sales people Bert and Joe, to the finance man. Everyone was very polite, professional and friendly, without any high pressure selling tactics I have encountered at other places. I felt relaxed and was able to get a very fair deal on a Honda Civic. I needed to take the car in a day later regarding the tire pressure light, and the two gentlemen in the service department couldn't have been nicer. They went out of their way to show me how to recalibrate my tires on the car's computer, and I was on my way. I noticed everyone at Bill Kay shakes your hand, and is very friendly. This is important and one of the reasons why I would highly recommend coming here if you are interested in purchasing a Honda. My mother also bought an automobile here. I didn't think I would ever write something like this up for a car dealership, but I did for BK. You can tell they have an excellent workplace culture and it is evident to the customer. Dave More
