Recall Issue My car has a major recall. I scheduled a date & time to have it fixed. When I got there they told me they just found out they didn't have the part. My car has a major recall. I scheduled a date & time to have it fixed. When I got there they told me they just found out they didn't have the part. I changed my schedule around & did not appreciate diving there only to find out they didn't have the part. I would have appreciated a phone call when they found out so that I wouldn't have had to make the trip for nothing. I have no idea when my car will be fixed or when the part will be available. I guess I learned a lesson. Make sure they have the parts before I come in. More
