I had the option to make my purchase at a dealership much closer to home but received a referral to My experience with Bill Kay Honda was excellent. I had the option to make my purchase at a dealership much closer to home but received a referral to visit Bert Trvz at Bill Kay. I am glad I did. I was undecided on a few specs on my new Honda but Bert Trvz took the time to help me make the right decisions. In order to help speed up the finance part of buying a car, Bert took the initiative to have me fill out paperwork ahead of time to reduce the amount of time spent at the dealership. I am extremely satisfied with my new Accord and will recommend Bert Trvz and Bill Kay Honda! More

Overall a good experience. Vehicle had to be brought in from another dealer, and it and when it was inspected it was determined when the other dealer filled the tank, he inadver Vehicle had to be brought in from another dealer, and it and when it was inspected it was determined when the other dealer filled the tank, he inadvertently put in bad gas. This forced me to have to wait a couple of days while the fuel system was drained and cleaned which obviously I was not happy about. This obviously was not their fault, and the service department seems to have done an excellent job of correcting the problem. More
