After a very bad experience at a Chicago Dealer, we found the car at Bill Kay via cars.com. I called ahead and spoke with Sam. She confirmed that they had the car and told us to come on in. We drove for an hour to get to Bill Kay. Sam had the car up front and ready for us to look at and test drive. They matched a price we were given by our local dealer (local dealer could no get us the color we wanted). Sam was very efficient and thorough. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. We completed the paperwork while they prepped the car for sale. 1 hour later, we were out the door and heading home. Sam and the gentleman from finance (don't have his business card handy) were both friendly, efficient and very pleasant to work with. They explained the point of sale and warranty options and supported my decision without trying to muscle me into the options that I declined (the part I hate most about buying a new car). Sam went over the plethora of features in the car before we drove it home. Thanks Sam for all of your help! I would purchase from Bill Kay again and recommend them to my friends. I was given a price quote. There was no pressure from Bert to purchase at that moment. I have purchased 3 vehicles with Bert 's help already so he know when we are ready we will make an appointment to see him and move forward. More

Not only was the service above and beyond the call but Saul Whitaker and I sat down for coffee while I waited. We discussed the pros and cons of the car selling business. We treated each other with respect and parted ways. I remembered him as a cut above in demeanor and approach. So, 3 years later I asked for him when I reentered the market. We got together and worked out a deal. Then, after the sale he spent a hour of his valuable time going over my new CRV's features with a fine-tooth comb. Simply the best. More

I brought in my Honda for routine service and the service department personnel alerted me to the fact that there were actually two recall jobs that n I brought in my Honda for routine service and the service department personnel alerted me to the fact that there were actually two recall jobs that needed to be performed. I had not received any prior notification of this need either by mail or phone, but I was able to leave the van for the work to be completed ASAP. Since the service tech was not sure exactly how long the job would take, he offered a loaner car or a shuttle to my chosen destination. This was a great option-- I could complete other tasks and/or run other errands. More
