Saved by Service Department on cold rainy night! Recently on a cold rainy late afternoon my car would not start after having been to a doctors appointment. A friend brought jumper cable, car started Recently on a cold rainy late afternoon my car would not start after having been to a doctors appointment. A friend brought jumper cable, car started and I drove straight to your service department. I arrived approximately 60 minutes before the service dept. closes. Alan & team jumped in, brought my vehicle inside, ran a diagnostic, and determined it was a defective battery. My vehicle required a battery not in your usual inventory. No problem as Alan located a new one from one of your suppliers, had it picked up/delivered and installed in record time! I was safely on way without fearing my vehicle wouldn’t start the next morning. I was able to return the next day for an oil change & multi post inspection. Alan thourghly reviewed the inspection with me, pointed out systems in good condition and one that will require attention soon. I will be scheduling and returning to your service department for that service within the next 30 days! More
