Avoid Bill Jacobs BMW. I was told the vehicle was “clean,” but after delivery I discovered a cracked windshield, hidden bumper damage, and a poorly repainted bumper. When I I was told the vehicle was “clean,” but after delivery I discovered a cracked windshield, hidden bumper damage, and a poorly repainted bumper. When I raised the issue, Jessica claimed the damage happened during transport. However, after reviewing older photos she had taken herself, the damage was already present. The condition of the vehicle was misrepresented, and the response to my concerns was disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing from them. More
