The transaction was effortless and I was extremely pleased. Upon my girlfriend looking for a BMW a call was placed to Bill Earnest. Again we were looking for a specific model and option package and once again Bill Earnest delievered. Unfortunately we had a sudden family health emergency that kept us out of town for a couple weeks and Bill went above and beyond the call of duty. He held the car for us until we were able to make it back into town to close. The purchase of a car seemed rather inconsequential given the family emergency we were going through, but knowing the car would be there for us when we returned was one less item we did not have to worry about.
