Service always takes twice as long as they say it will. Front desk personnel are typically rude and not helpful (i.e. I say that I would like to get a turn signal lightbulb changed....they sell me a bulb f Front desk personnel are typically rude and not helpful (i.e. I say that I would like to get a turn signal lightbulb changed....they sell me a bulb for $2.50 and tell me to walk 5 feet to the service desk and they will install it. The service desk says there are other parts needed and that I should return the bulb and they will take care of the repair. Upon returning to the reception desk, one individual asks for my paperwork while the other comments that "he didn't wait for it, so we have it in the back room"....she was the one that told me to walk over to the service desk. Mike always go dealership and most of all my salesperson, Mike Alder.<br><br>I bought it through the internet using their extensive internet program. Mike always got back to me and answered everything I needed. I felt they when out of their way to provide me with great service. <br><br>I enjoyed the car the whole summer and Mike is even helping me buy winter tires.<br><br>WOULD RECOMMEND!! More
