I saw the vehicle I purchashed on-line. I negotiated a viable purchase price with the dealership and was able to make a cash purchase on a 2009 BMW with very low miles. I had visited a couple of other dealerships [different makes] that same day and I believe because I was very casual I was not considered to be a serious customer. No one at the "other" dealerships" asked to assist me even though I was looking at the cars in the lot and inside the show room for at least 20 minutes. However, from the minute I stepped foot into Bill Jacobs, I was greeted at the door and treated like royalty.
