Russ was patiently following up with me and always answered my questions promptly despite it was sometimes his day off. When we were ready to purchase, it was Russ day off, and Omer helped us. Omer was very friendly, helpful and willing to negotiate price while being honest. We really appreciate this. And we met Nic the Genius, and he was very helpful too. So overall, it was a great experience, we are still getting to know Ms M (this is what we named our 320i xdrive), and i am sure she's excellent. More

Great Car/Awful Customer Service I absolutely love my car, and the condition I received it in. I’m leaving this poor review because their level of customer service and attention to personalized care along w/communication has caused more stress and frustration than what a simple transaction should contain. First off - my sales rep Jennifer Zaragoza led me to believe I would purchase the vehicle with an in-house lender that would have a comparable interest rate to one of my local lenders. LIES! I went to close on the vehicle and their in-house lender of Bank of America supplied me with an interest rate nearly DOUBLE what Jennifer led me to believe that they would match. Had she been honest during the the initial process of me touring and test driving the vehicle I wouldn’t have been upset. 2nd - Matthew Ashford from the closing department. Do NOT close on your vehicle with him. I purchased out of State and requested for him to transfer my original vanity license plate to my new registration for my new vehicle. He advised me that would be no problem. He dropped the ball. I did not hear from him for over 2 months wondering where my registration was? Then - when it finally came in the mail, I was issued a whole new license plate! Mind you - I have a vanity license plate for my business. I find this whole scenario extremely unprofessional and disappointing. BOTH Jennifer and Matthew set expectations that they did not deliver. More
