We were treated with extreme respect by the sales force Mike Alder and Bill Earnest were extremely responsive, attentive and fair. We were there about 3.5 hours, but they knew we were coming, and we were only coming for one The whole experience just took a little too long for us. We were there about 3.5 hours, but they knew we were coming, and we were only coming for one of two cars. They were prepared, professional, polite, but from the time we said yes to completion of paperwork seemed to be an inordinate amount of time. We drove 6 hours to get there, and were driving straight back - the "experience" could have been shortened. Otherwise, extremely pleased and we enjoy our CPO 5-Series. More
