It is always a pleasure to work w Yesterday I leased a 540 from Bill Jacobs. Bill Earnest was the sales lead. I have known Bill since the late 1990’s. It is always a pleasure to work with the team of Rob Trax, Matt Ashford and Nic Cortelini The reason I love doing business with these guys is they focus on getting you the information to make a decision based on your requirements not their’s. Their mindset is establishing a long term relationship. They want you back to buy another car from them so they this experience as rewarding as possible. They always have my needs at the top of mind. A simple example that makes them great in my mind was a simple set of floor mats. I didn’t get floor mats in my new car. Just plain forgot about them. Next day when I remember I called Bill up. Explained that I needed floor mats. He suggested that he the old floor mats on the car I brought in, he would clean them up and see if they properly in my new car. I brought the car in. He put them in. Floor mates fit just nicely and less than 5 minutes later I was on my way. Now Bill could have said let’s get a new set in the new car and he would have gained a commissioned on the mats. Bill had my best interests in mind. I saved myself $300. Dishonest and unfriendly delars I took my vehicle for recall maintenance on June 17th at the Bill Jacobs BMW dealership in Naperville. At the same time I asked them to check the hum I took my vehicle for recall maintenance on June 17th at the Bill Jacobs BMW dealership in Naperville. At the same time I asked them to check the humming sound. I dropped the vehicle and left for work. When I came back in the evening to pick up the vehicle, there is a $192 bill waiting for me. This is for a diagnostic, they found the ball bearing is gone and will cost $1200 to fix it. When I disputed and denied to pay the charges, I was told that they will not release my vehicle unless I pay. I told them, I did not sign or not even I verbally agree to pay anything for this service. I have to pay $192.00 for a 10 mins lookout which i was not told at any point. Anyway for a second opinion, I took it to a different BMW specialized shop and they did a through investigation and found nothing wrong with the ball bearing. Car is running perfectly without any problem. They said that they cleaned the pads ad rotors and everything look OK. I am glad I did not do the $1200 job at the dealarship. I will fighting for the $192 they charged me unjustly and dishonestly. Very disappointed by their service. More

Once the decision was made a few quick emails solidified the features and deal. Car was ordered promptly. It was a factory order. A few weeks later car was on site. Spent some time with the “Genius” to learn what was new, then finance to sign some paperwork, shook Bill’s hand goodbye and I was on my way in my sweet new X5. More
