It was my Wife’s birthday and we had come to get our earlier 5 series cleaned...but as things go, between Bill Earnest, Joe Ormsby and Jeff Hulsebus...they were able to introduce us to the new BMW 530eSeries, get us set up quickly...get my wife and I to become familiar with the new car and were able to convince me to buy it as a birthday gift for her. The experience was flawless and both my wife and I were really happy with the help from Bill, who made it his pesonal agenda to make sure we were happy...he and his team made all the difference.
