Refreshing dealership experience for a change I live in Wisconsin, and I contacted seven dealers via email between Wisconsin and Illinois before I emailed Bill Jacobs about trying to get a good de I live in Wisconsin, and I contacted seven dealers via email between Wisconsin and Illinois before I emailed Bill Jacobs about trying to get a good deal on a 540xi courtesy vehicle. None of the first seven dealers were transparent with me. My experience with Bill Jacobs was quite the opposite, which was a pleasant and welcome surprise. I mostly dealt with the sales manager Mike Alder via email to get to a lease quote I was happy with, and he was a pleasure to work with. Khalil Guisse was my salesperson when I came in to the dealership with an appointment and he was amazing and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I am super happy with my 5 series and with the people I worked with to seal the deal. This is hands down the best experience I’ve had with any dealership and Bill Jacobs will be my first stop for my next BMW. I have already referred my family to them. More

Mo promptly followed up via phone/text and coordinated everything as we dropped our negotiation and headed over to B.Jacobs. Mo and the car were ready on arrival, and we quickly talked through exploring different m340i cars/options that were available. We were able to talk through all of the different options. pros/cons and Mo and the team were able to deliver quickly on a price. The dreaded buying experience was surprisingly refreshing and effortless. Mo ran us through the whole buying process, sat with us as we dealt with insurance hang-ups, making sure we had whatever we needed. We were able to talk through the principles of the team, dealership, BMW in general and future models we will definitely consider. Mo definitely made a connection and knowing we have someone to reach out to for any present and future needs is as big of a win as the car itself. A few additional highlights; Mo was able to port/procure a few diff vehicles so we could analyze the different in options, When the car returned from detail, Mo went over the work with us and sent it back for another round. While we consumed most of Mo's afternoon, he was able to keep our process moving along, while working with other customers. GM Mike Alder was also extremely patient, knowledgeable in helping with the process. In general, this dealership offers everything one would need, better prices, great reps, great leadership and service. It stands out and Mo stands out, professionally and personally and am looking forward to working with him again. More

It was evident that they were both driven to be helpful and customer focused. Other observations: 1. Did a bunch of homework on my own to decide what I wanted. Bill Jacobs website helped me identify the vehicle I was looking for. I didn't work with any other dealership. 2. Was contacted by at least 4 different sales people during my brief buying process, which I found disruptive and counterproductive due to poor and inefficient communication. I would assign a primary relationship with back ups as necessary. This kept me from giving 5 stars. 3. Sale after the sale with the finance guy was brutal. We didn't buy anything and it was evident that he was very disappointed with us. Nice guy otherwise though. More

I dislike going to multiple dealers and wasting a lot of time t We were looking to purchase our first BMW and were initially looking at new 2019 540i. I dislike going to multiple dealers and wasting a lot of time to no avail, so I contacted many dealers for quotes and specs on vehicles in inventory and Bill Jacobs is really the only dealer around that had the fully loaded car I was looking for. We ended up getting a M550i since it had the packages we were looking for as compared to the 540i (s) in inventory and got a great deal on it. Did not need to visit any other dealers as the quote here was virtually unmatched. Customer service was great and the whole process on the day of was quick. Even on delivery day, the process to pick up the car and leave was fast. Overall, had an enjoyable experience as a first time BMW owner. More
