We recently purchased our first BMW from Bill Jacobs in Naperville. Our overall experience was superior, from the first time we walked in the door for a test drive to the day we took delivery of our new Naperville. Our overall experience was superior, from the first time we walked in the door for a test drive to the day we took delivery of our new 2025 X7. Our salesmen’s were Michael Fontana and Joey Morales both were top notch. Both guys were very knowledgeable , quick to responded , respectful and most importantly they were patient with us throughout the buying process. Over the years we have ran across our share of pushy car salesmen’s but with Michael and Joey this was not the case. They both were polite and gave us the space and time we needed to make our purchasing decision. Anyone looking for a overall great car buying experience we high recommend giving Bill Jacobs BMW a shot. More
