My name is Sandra Day and recently visited Bill Dodge in Westbrook Maine last week. To my suprise I was immediately greeted and was assisted with all of my questions. I had been to other dealerships in the area that day and was turned off immediately. I had to chase people to get help. I was becoming very discouraged with trying to purchase a vehicle on my own as a single woman with not alot of knowledge in automotives. After leaving Bill Dodge that day and interested in two vehicles I then made several calls with questions and went in the next day to test drive again. I truly felt taken care of with my experiece at Bill Dodge and would recommend this dealership to many of my friends. More

They treated me with respect and sincere kindness. There was not one moment that I felt I was being mislead on either vehicle. They were both honest and answered all my questions with the utmost professional ethics. It was a true pleasure talking with both John and Charlie about the vehicles and social conversations. I actually had FUN purchasing our vehicles!! I did not have direct contact with Richie, however, I strongly believe he provided me with honest prices for both vehicles. Although not knowing me it was relayed to him via John that I was not "independently wealthy," yet I was able to get top quality used vehicles within my price range.
