Visited looking to trade one vehicle and possibly buy two. Sales man "Tony" was helpful but did not seem to be able to do much on his own. Found 2 vehicles we liked but were having trouble coming to a two. Sales man "Tony" was helpful but did not seem to be able to do much on his own. We were able to show on Kelley Blue Book that they were offering us $2,000 less on the suggested trade in value our trade and charging $2,500 more than suggested retail on one of the vehicles we were looking to buy. He went to the sales manager who was very rude and abrupt. He told us "Honestly I don't give a xxxx what it says online, this is it". Honestly we were only looking to spend $22,000 on two vehicles and it seems as though it is not enough money to interest them in customer service. They were offering us a fair deal on one other vehicle so later we went back thinking we could do business on that one. They were asking $11,577. We went in and offered $11,000. Our sales person was not there so the offer was given to the sales manager again. He left us waiting for a very long time and came out with a sheet of paper telling us that they would not take a dime less than their retail price. I admit that I am astounded. I thought with the economy as it is today they would want to do business with us even. We offered close to the price they were asking and the manager was not only not willing to talk about it, he was very rude. I really thought being rude to potential customers was a cardinal sin but it would seem that this is not true. Even writing this now I am shocked at it. Chris More

After much research for a new vehicle to replace my 2000 Jeep, I decided to check out the new GMC Terrain. Gary was extremely aware of my nervousness and anticipation. I have 2 knee replacements and a righ Jeep, I decided to check out the new GMC Terrain. Gary was extremely aware of my nervousness and anticipation. I have 2 knee replacements and a right hip replacement which does not allow me the flexibility to enter and exit a vehicle smoothly. He was careful to review my "wish list" and was very informative on the options available. After driving the vehicle he spent time with me to review how I related to the experience and if I found it comfortable to drive etc. We decided to purchase a GMC Terrain and Gary had to locate one for us that had the options I wanted. When we went to pick up our vehicle, Gary spent time explaining all the features of the Terrain and the greatest help was assisted us in operating the On Star and Bluetooth. Gary also was very helpful to explain the pricing, discounts and financing availble to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Chad in the finance department was also a tremendous fellow, explaining all the paperwork and making sure we were aware of what we were signing. Overall....an excellent purchasing experience and dealership. More
I had bought a vehicle from Bill Dodge 3 weeks ago. I had to bring it in for a few minor warranty issues. They were efficient and it took longer than expected so they allowed me to use a vehicle for the had to bring it in for a few minor warranty issues. Real good people. Not at all the stereotypical used car salesmen. They were extremely professional, very helpful, eager to please and low key! The car had some items that required correction. They were superb in scheduling service at a time that was convenient for us. And, they arranged for a free loaner. We went looking for a gently used car with some idea of what we wanted while remaining open to suggestions. Bill Dodge was the fourth dealership we visited. We were greeted by Todd Visser and his unassuming, sincere manner put us at ease immediately. Todd listened carefully to us, recommended a few vehicles, and gave us complete, correct information on those we found interesting. He accompanied us on a test drive, and then encouraged us to take the vehicle we thought we would like, for an extended ride to actually pick up one of our vehicles from another dealership where it had gone for repair. That same day we decided we did want to buy the car we test drove. Damien Sieg quickly and competently facilitated the loan and the paper work. We traded in our vehicle and feel that we were given a fair value. The car we bought had some stains on the seats and a couple of small dents. These were addressed along with a ding in the windshield immediately. At all times we were treated with respect and courtesy. We were never pressured or made to feel that a deal had to made at that specific time. We look forward to a long association with the Bill Dodge "family" and will certainly recommend the dealership, Todd and Damien to our friends and family. More
