It was like they bought it for me because it was the exact vehical that I had priced up 3 years ago. color, interior and options. I was greeted by a sales representive who was very friendly and who offered to find a sales person that could answer my questions. That sales person was Thaddeus Greene. Thaddeus was very friendly and offered to show me a few trucks that met my needs. He answered all my questions and offered more options then I had thought about. Before I knew it, I had purchased a truck. I feel I got a fair price on my old truck to put toward the new one! Thank you Thaddeus for hearing me out and working so hard with me! I was given a tour of the dealership, so that when I bring the truck in for service I will know just where to go. The closing process was pleasent. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable! I was looking for a good, low milage, late model pickup. While reviewing this dealer's website, I found 3 trucks that met my criteria. I emailed the dealer inquiring about the availability of the 3, and Chris Goulette answered almost immediately, stating that all 3 were available. I told Chris I would like to look them over and the next day he had all three lined up waiting for my inspection and test drives. Chris was very patient and answered my questions to the best of his ability. I decided on a 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 that only had 16,800 miles on it. Chris and the Sales Manager, Dave, made the whole process hassle-free, with only a slight amount of haggling on my trade allowance. Lorrie in finance got the paperwork done quickly and before I knew it I was driving away in the GMC. The only negatives I can relay are that there was only one key/keyfob available for the truck, and the dealer did not offer to provide a second set. Also the owner's manual was missing and a replacement was not offered. Thirdly, when I got the truck home I discovered two rather bad scratches on the passenger side rear door which were not present when I test drove the truck as I performed a complete visual inspection of the truck. Again the dealer did not offer to repair the scratches. Overall, my experience with the Bill Dodge Used Car Center in Brunswick was very pleasureable, with the exceptions noted above. I would do business with them again and would recommend this dealer to my family and friends. More

My Fiance and I went to Bill Dodge looking for a used Tahoe. We traveled a couple hours to get there but Jim was confident that we would drive home in this vehicle which we found online. Garry has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He has made purchasing a vehicle a stress free experience again and again. Being friendly and patient goes a long way with my husband and I. It's nice to be able to go into a car dealership and deal with the same sales advisor. That to me says a lot about Bill Dodge Auto Group to have the same sales advisors for several years. Visited looking to trade one vehicle and possibly buy two. Sales man "Tony" was helpful but did not seem to be able to do much on his own. We were able to show on Kelley Blue Book that they were offering us $2,000 less on the suggested trade in value our trade and charging $2,500 more than suggested retail on one of the vehicles we were looking to buy. He went to the sales manager who was very rude and abrupt. He told us "Honestly I don't give a xxxx what it says online, this is it". Honestly we were only looking to spend $22,000 on two vehicles and it seems as though it is not enough money to interest them in customer service. They were offering us a fair deal on one other vehicle so later we went back thinking we could do business on that one. They were asking $11,577. We went in and offered $11,000. Our sales person was not there so the offer was given to the sales manager again. He left us waiting for a very long time and came out with a sheet of paper telling us that they would not take a dime less than their retail price. I admit that I am astounded. I thought with the economy as it is today they would want to do business with us even. We offered close to the price they were asking and the manager was not only not willing to talk about it, he was very rude. I really thought being rude to potential customers was a cardinal sin but it would seem that this is not true. Even writing this now I am shocked at it. Chris More
