Thaddeus was very friendly and offered to show me a few trucks that met my needs. He answered all my questions and offered more options then I had thought about. I was looking for a good, low milage, late model pickup. While reviewing this dealer's website, I found 3 trucks that met my criteria. I told Chris I would like to look them over and the next day he had all three lined up waiting for my inspection and test drives. Chris was very patient and answered my questions to the best of his ability. I decided on a 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 that only had 16,800 miles on it. Chris and the Sales Manager, Dave, made the whole process hassle-free, with only a slight amount of haggling on my trade allowance. Lorrie in finance got the paperwork done quickly and before I knew it I was driving away in the GMC. The only negatives I can relay are that there was only one key/keyfob available for the truck, and the dealer did not offer to provide a second set. Also the owner's manual was missing and a replacement was not offered. Thirdly, when I got the truck home I discovered two rather bad scratches on the passenger side rear door which were not present when I test drove the truck as I performed a complete visual inspection of the truck. Again the dealer did not offer to repair the scratches. Overall, my experience with the Bill Dodge Used Car Center in Brunswick was very pleasureable, with the exceptions noted above. I would do business with them again and would recommend this dealer to my family and friends. More
