Jeff picked me up at the airport, took me to the dealership, I signed the paperwork, I drove home. Period. He followed up to see how I liked the car a couple times the following week. After horrendous treatment from other dealerships, I was blown away by the difference here. Very impressed with the work he put in for a "distant" customer from 1200 miles away when he could have easily sold the car to a local. Next time I need a new BMW, I will come back to Bill Dodge.
