This has not been a good event for Bill Dodge Auto Group: With a personal association with Win and Bill I am going to tone this recap down. For now this will stay internal rather than blasting the business on a media platform. On September 12 th around 830 I contacted Lance Miller about buying a new truck. He stated it was still available and we could test it. We arrived at the Cadillac show room around 4:50. The truck was across the street. It was not ready for a sale, dirty, cap still installed, flat tire (left rear) and 40 miles worth of fuel. We were able to look past these anomalies and maintain a positive outlook on our deal. We offered to close that evening but the finance Ryan did not want to put forth the effort. It was only 6 and I am sure GM sells vehicles on the West Coast. We returned Wednesday to close. The truck was damaged from improper cap installation and removal. I closed with the assurance we would have a repaired/new truck on Monday the 18th. Zero communication was initiated by Bill Dodge on Thursday or Friday. I reached out Monday and was told the truck would not be available until Friday. After coordinating with Lance Miller I was able to coordinate a loaner for Monday. It never showed up. Allegedly as I type a loaner is enroute. Unfortunately I don’t have my new truck 7 days after agreeing to purchase it. More

I recently purchased a 2019 Cadillac Escalade. The experience with Ken Sweet was all good; however, we feel that communication between departments is poor. We are owed some parts and after numerous reminders, we have not received a key fob and a wheel center cap, both of which were promised to us. It's been 5 weeks and we are still waiting. It shouldn't take this long for a Cadillac dealership to procure Cadillac parts. Sign me disappointed. More
