I guess being the only BMW dealership in Maine allows the salesmen at this dealership to feel as though they can treat customers as poorly as they’d like. My husband and I stopped in to look at a new BMW but salesmen at this dealership to feel as though they can treat customers as poorly as they’d like. It doesn’t feel good to spend $78k+ on a vehicle from a dealership that doesn’t care about quality customer service. We will look elsewhere. More
