Fantastic Customer Service and Dealership We visited two other dealerships earlier the same day; Cadillac and another Ford Dealer. The experiences at the two previous dealerships were so bad that we almost gave-up. It was a last minute decision, 10 miles from home, that we called Bill Collins Ford Lincoln. We talked to Missy, New Car Sales, and decided to drive the hour to the dealership. What a breath of fresh air! Missy is such an amazing sales person - she definitely knows the industry, stock, etc. We purchased a car that day and will only go to this dealership from this day forward. I can honestly say that in all the years that I've purchased vehicles, Missy is the most memorable, professional, caring and kind. This dealership is clean and inviting and has a large variety of stock. All staff that we encountered was pleasant, professional and engaging. This dealership made sure we were happy and everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% satisfied. More

Poor Customer Support I recently called Bill Collins Ford to set up an appointment for my 2003 Ranger pickup. Two days in a row, the operator put me through to the people I recently called Bill Collins Ford to set up an appointment for my 2003 Ranger pickup. Two days in a row, the operator put me through to the people who make appointments, and three times no one answered and it went to voice mail saying they would call me back. I never got a call back. On the fourth call, I insisted on speaking with the service manager. He said they had a problem with their phone system and people were not getting their voice mail and that AT&T had been trying to find the problem for 10 days. I told him since they knew they had this problem for 10 days, the operator should not continue the same process. They should at least inform the caller of the problem and stay with them until they were able to speak to someone. It was clear that they didn't really care about their customers. The manager then put me through to the scheduler who wanted me to bring my truck in and leave it when he knew they couldn't get to it for at least three days, and more likely five days. He said they could not make an appointment. I just needed to leave my truck there and they would get to it sometime in the next few days. What kind of dealership doesn't offer appointments? Finally, another example showing that Bill Collins doesn't care about their customers. I have been in the market for a new vehicle. Three times I went into their showroom to look at cars, usually for at least 20-30 minutes each time. The receptionist just inside the door never smiled and never asked me if she could help. In all three visits, a salesman never even said hello to me. More
