My SYNC system doesn't work My SYNC system hasn't worked for a long time!!! It's the part that you would get your vehicle report (which is gone) and navigation through. I asked My SYNC system hasn't worked for a long time!!! It's the part that you would get your vehicle report (which is gone) and navigation through. I asked the salesman about it and was told that it was not going to work because Ford sold the system and change to another system??? When I had my oil changed (at Quick Lube) I asked them and they said I should talk to the service department. I talked to Service and they made my appointment. However, they didn't tell me that it could take overnight to go through that system??? I called the next day and my truck was done and working great!!! I made arrangements to pick it up after hours (this is a good thing). The next day I Sync up my phone and tried it out and the same message came over...this system is no longer available!!! Now the Service department is going to call Detroit and get back to me. I'm out $99 bucks and the same thing. We'll see what happens next!!! More

Service exceeded expectations I went to the Express Lane to get an oil change. I mentioned I was still having an issue with my windshield washer after replacing the pump on a prev I went to the Express Lane to get an oil change. I mentioned I was still having an issue with my windshield washer after replacing the pump on a previous visit. They diagnosed it and replaced the hosing for a low cost. Works great now. Also found a problem with the 2 piece lug nuts and got me replacements while I waited. Very good customer skills. More
