Second time I’ve had service done here and it will be the last. First time they left the hood unlatched and drew on the outside of my tires with grease pencil. Second time I go in for a tailgate issue and they end up doing unauthorized inspections. The result of the inspection was my radiator fluid was low. I said sure take care of it. Instead of topping off the fluid they do an entire radiator flush to the tune of $300! Twice burned is enough for me. More

The first sales representative didn't follow through, so I asked for a new one. The second rep was ok. I had the car delivered, and unfortunately, it was not cleaned, and it did not have a full tank of gas I asked for a new one. The second rep was ok. I had the car delivered, and unfortunately, it was not cleaned, and it did not have a full tank of gas as promised. In fact the car was actually dirty on the inside. Since I was purchasing from out of state I relied on customer service and good faith to deliver what they promised. This was a certified used vehicle which was also supposed to have all of the recalls performed before the delivery. Come to find out there is still an outstanding recall. Lastly, when I tried to reach out after I took delivery, they dropped me like a bad habit. Not very professional. I hate to leave bad reviews, but when you rely on honesty and trust with such a large purchase from out of state, I would expect better customer service and transparency. More
