Biggers Mitsubishi - Service Center

Biggers service team member lied about what needed to be done to my vehicle to correct a noise I was hearing when driving my vehicle. I was told by their service team that I needed new brakes, just for me t done to my vehicle to correct a noise I was hearing when driving my vehicle. I was told by their service team that I needed new brakes, just for me to take it to a different (honest) dealership for them to tell me that my brakes were perfectly fine. The other Mitsubishi dealership fixed the actual problem, which was covered by my warranty, so I did not even have to come out of pocket like Biggers was saying. I considered bringing my vehicle back for oil changes and regular maintenance, however once my suspicions of them being dishonest were confirmed, I have decided not to. More
