It was easy to make the appointment. I came in to get my convertible top fixed, but they also checked the rest of the vehicle and found that my serpentine belt was frayed. We are long standing Mitsubishi customers, and were customers at Schaumburg location even after moving to Algonquin 12 years ago. Have tried other dealers/service centers since, but happened to schedul customers at Schaumburg location even after moving to Algonquin 12 years ago. Have tried other dealers/service centers since, but happened to schedule service at Biggers in Elgin last year - we are very happy with service there. Keith is great to work with! He listens to explanation of issues, and even if coming in for regular oil change, I never feel as if he is pressuring to up-service if service is not really necessary. More
