Biggers Mitsubishi - Service Center

I had to have the dealership purchase and install an exhaust due to unavailable component parts, however I was charged 3 hours for a 2 hour job. At $170/hr to install. I feel I shouldn't have to pay for exhaust due to unavailable component parts, however I was charged 3 hours for a 2 hour job. At $170/hr to install. I feel I shouldn't have to pay for an hour the vehicle didn't get serviced. The repair cost $2667 and that hurt. More
