The service department needs to wake up. They not detect oil leak on brand new 2023 Outlander from oil pan. I had to tell them! So since the car is still under warranty they tried to fix it 2 times already and guess what the oil pan is still leaking - I will get back to them on this. In general guys sound professional and polite, but just be aware Mike Giusto Service Manager, after first time service technician failed to fix oil leak I brought the car back to show them oil is still leaking , Mike kept me over there for 2 hours and then came to me and said they can fix oil leak if I do additional service, this means differential oil change and drive battery calibration for around $1000 out of my packet. What the scam! Overall dealership sales department and customer service 5 starts but steer clear from service department since it looks like they don’t know what they are doing. . Just last minute if you change oil with them they will not replace your oil filter, it is confirmed by my trustful mechanic. More
