I came for the recall. Then they asked me what was the things that needed to be checked as of my last service maintenance report. My son brought my car at that and he told Then they asked me what was the things that needed to be checked as of my last service maintenance report. My son brought my car at that and he told me that the battery is getting bad and needs to be rechecked. When I came this time, I was told I needed a new battery. I told this person that my battery was changed by them, which I don't remember when. He said he will check and left. I waited for a long time and I was going to be late for an appointment that afternoon so I approached the lady in the office that I will be late for my appointment that afternoon. The technician came back and showed me the paper that the battery was installed on 12/28/ 23. The cwarranty was for 5 years, yet I was told that they can't replace it this time. He told me to come back before 12/28/25.I said I will come back much earlier than that. Now, I am worried every time I drive my car that it might stop or will not start at all. Then I have to tow it to your shop. I am a disabled old lady living alone with fixed income, I can not afford the expenses to tow my car to your shop. I hope you can do something to replace the battery before winter time. The name of the technician is Kurt Broska. More
