I showed up to the dealership expecting to walk out with a well priced used car. Upon speaking with Richard we determined it would be possible for me to get a New car, Richard worked with me in selecting th a well priced used car. I found the used Corvette on the Internet and when I called to inquiry if the car was still available, my call was answered promptly, and Lucy was able to tell me some information on the car and then I set up an appointment to see the car... at time of my appointment I was greeted promptly and then introduced to James and Lucy who took time to listen to what I was looking for and then promptly brought out the car for my inspection. Jim was very professional and no high pressure... The sale went very smoothly. I was also pleasantly surprised by a 'Thank You’ letter that I received in the mail from Jim Leichter (president of dealership)several days later. We had to wait over an hour to see him after an agreement was reached on the purchase. He did stay after normal business hours to complete our transaction, yet did not hurry us to get home. There was a TV room and play area that helped to keep the children occupied. I actually was only looking on line just the checking out prices for a future purchase and I recieved a lot of calls! But you all at Biggers worked with me over the phone (and that was much appreciated due t prices for a future purchase and I recieved a lot of calls! So when I did come in I knew exactly what I could afford and there was no hassle by anyone!
