Every one at Big Star was not helpful from Alex to the Manager Luis I called for a month and half and no one called me back. I had to go up there 3 times and then I got some assistance. I heard nails clacking on a keyboard in the background. I said hello multiple times, then hung up. I called back and explained my needs but the woman acted like I was interrupting and what did I want. I was eventually transferred to someone who graciously made me an appointment. More
